Testing and Analysis There are currently over 80 sets of testing and supporting equipment, including: electronic universal testing machine, high-temperature creep and endurance testing machine, metallographic microscope, impact testing machine, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, spark direct reading spectrometer, rapid life tester, thermal expansion instrument, magnetic property tester, Brinell/Vickers hardness tester， laser particle size analyzer， etc. The fixed assets of the equipment amount to nearly 20 million yuan. A complete detection and analysis system for nickel， copper， cobalt and their alloys has been established. It can conduct mechanical property tests such as tensile, torsion, compression and bending of materials at room temperature and high temperatures， as well as the characterization of material hardness， wear， high-temperature fatigue strength， and impact performance. It can also measure the magnetic properties and expansion coefficient of materials， and can meet the special testing requirements of customers for product performance.
